Evacuation of Ukrainians from the Gaza Strip has begun.

The first group of people has been released, according to the Ukrainian Embassy in Egypt.

As of 17:00 on November 7th, approximately 20 individuals have been successfully evacuated.

Representatives from the embassy were expected to meet them at the Egyptian border, as reported by a local resident and Ukrainian citizen coordinating the Ukrainians on the ground.

"As of November 7th, 101 Ukrainian citizens in the Gaza Strip have received permission for evacuation," as stated by Ukraine's Ambassador to Israel, Yevhen Korniychuk.
