On November 19, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the inclusion of the industrial park “NOVA SYNERGY” in the Register of Industrial (Manufacturing) Parks. The park has been established for a term of 30 years in the territory of the Novoushytsia settlement territorial community, Kamianets-Podilskyi district, Khmelnytskyi region. The initiator of the project is the Novoushytsia Settlement Council.

The total area of the industrial park is 11 hectares. The creation of “NOVA SYNERGY” is expected to generate approximately 550 new jobs in the processing industry.

According to the concept, the implementation of the park involves attracting funds from the managing company, participants of the industrial park, the State Regional Development Fund, investors, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, international technical assistance, and other sources not prohibited by law.

“Industrial parks are an important tool of the ‘Made in Ukraine’ policy. The inclusion of ‘NOVA SYNERGY’ in the Register establishes a new manufacturing hub in western Ukraine, which will become a powerful magnet for investment in the processing of agricultural products and the production of machinery and equipment. Such projects will not only create new jobs for the community but also enhance the region’s investment attractiveness, transforming it into a point of sustainable economic growth,” said Vitalii Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine.

The “NOVA SYNERGY” site plans to host enterprises in the following sectors:

  • Processing of agricultural products;
  • Food production;
  • Warehousing;
  • Manufacturing of machinery and equipment for agriculture and forestry;
  • Other types of processing and preservation of fruits and vegetables;
  • Scientific and technical activities and laboratory work, including independent quality control of raw materials and finished products;
  • Other related industries, depending on the needs of the community.

The inclusion of the industrial park “NOVA SYNERGY” in the Register will enhance the investment appeal of the Khmelnytskyi region, provide additional revenues to local budgets, and contribute to the development of Ukraine’s industrial potential.
