A lawsuit has been filed in court for the nationalization of six enterprises of the corporation "Polyplastic Group", co-owned by Russians, which supply polymers to enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation.

According to the materials of the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine has filed a lawsuit with the High Anti-Corruption Court to apply sanctions to the co-owners of the Russian corporation "Polyplastic Group" - to recover assets to the state income. This concerns six Ukrainian enterprises, including two pipe plants.
The Prosecutor General's Office noted that the Russian corporation is a large industrial conglomerate specializing in the production of high-tech polymer pipes and composite polymer materials with a wide range of applications.
"The owners of this corporation support the aggressive policy of the aggressor state. They materially and technically support the functioning of the occupation administrations of the Crimean peninsula, participate in the development of composite material to improve the sample of small arms supplied to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. They supply polymers to enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation," - emphasized in the Prosecutor General's Office.
Pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings on the fact of financing actions aimed at violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order is carried out by investigators of the Main Investigation Department of the SBU, with operational support from the Department of Protection of National Statehood of the SBU (Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
