Additional units of Kadyrovites stationed on the territory of the former fish cannery entered the temporarily occupied Mariupol.

This was announced by the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, Petr Andryushchenko in his Telegram channel. "Additional units of the 'Kadyrovtsy' entered the city. Up to 500 non-humans are stationed on the territory of the former fish cannery (the old pier). The concentration of the National Guard is growing. As a result, a new wave of reports from propagandists about the daily "detentions of partisans," he noted.

Also, according to him, to increase security and complicate the fixation of military movement in Mariupol, the invaders began to use the tactics of escort by units of the National Guard. "The goal is to identify and detain our citizens," the mayor's adviser explained.

On February 17, the Russian occupiers began an open mobilization in Mariupol. The city council says that the occupiers are looking for a new mobilization resource at public utilities and in the city structure, in particular in schools.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the invaders are mobilizing the homeless, as well as drug and alcohol addicts.
