Ukraine is capable of pushing the enemy back to the February 23 line by the end of the year, the expert believes.
The former commander of US forces in Europe, retired general and expert at the Washington-based Center for European Policy Analysis Ben Hodges expects active hostilities in Ukraine with Russia to continue into the winter.
The American general said the situation is already changing significantly in favor of Kyiv in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
The interlocutor believes that the Russian forces are exhausted, especially the logistics system.
