The future center is a pilot project that envisions the creation of a modern model of social-psychological rehabilitation. It will include psychological, legal, social, informational, and other services.

The reconstructed facility will provide comprehensive services for psychosocial recovery to the affected civilian population, as well as to veterans and their families, with special attention given to the family members of the fallen.
The center's team will consist of Ukrainian experts, and international experts will also be invited to train psychologists.
The project to restore the center was initiated with the support of the President of Ukraine. Additionally, the government allocated over UAÐ 200 million for its reconstruction.
The opening of the facility is planned for the end of 2023.
