The Eighth Administrative Court made such decisions of Appeal. It will be recalled that he considered the appeal prepared based on the Presidential Decree and the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of March 2022, as well as the SBU's response to threats to national security.

In particular, the following are currently officially banned:

  • "Opposition Bloc" political party;
  • "Socialist" Political Party;
  • "Justice and Development" Political Party;
  • Political party "State";
  • "OURS" political party;
  • Volodymyr Saldo Bloc political party.

The court made the relevant decisions on June 8, 13 and 14, 2022.

These political forces carried out anti-Ukrainian activities, promoted the war, and posed real threats to Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Representatives of these parties contributed to violence and crimes aimed at the illegal seizure of state power, as well as assisted the enemy, and engaged in collaborative activities.

A striking example of this is the Gauleiters of the Russian invaders in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. Some of them have already been reported as suspects under the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Therefore, the work of the Security Service of Ukraine continues.
