The air defense forces have destroyed all enemy targets that Russians attempted to use to attack the territory of Ukraine tonight, on December 11. Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports this on Telegram.

"On the night of December 11, 2023, occupiers attacked Ukraine with 'Shahed' type drones from the occupied Crimea, launch areas – Chauda, Belbek," the Air Force announcement says.

It is reported that launches of 18 strike UAVs of the 'Shahed-136/131' type were recorded. All the drones were destroyed by air defense in the responsibility zone of the Southern Air Command. Most of them were in the Mykolaiv region. Anti-aircraft missile units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and defense forces of Ukraine successfully worked with drones.

"Moreover, around 4 a.m. on December 11, occupiers struck the Kyiv region with eight ballistic missiles. The strike was delivered from the northern direction, presumably from the Bryansk region of Russia," the Air Force stated.

It is noted that all eight targets were destroyed by anti-aircraft missile units of the Central Air Command.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has released photos of the aftermath of a rocket attack on the affected neighborhood of Bortnychi in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv.

The images show that rocket fragments have hit a private residential building, which is damaged with shattered windows.

"Rescue workers, explosive experts, and investigative-operational groups are working," stated the administration."
