Black Sea Grain Initiative: 4 vessels left the ports of Odessa, Chornomorsk and Yuzhny

4 vessels with 120,000 tonnes of agricultural commodities left the ports of Great Odessa to Asia and Europe, as reported by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.


Currently, 25 ships are under processing in the ports of Odessa, Chornomorsk and Yuzhny. They load 741,000 tonnes of Ukrainian agricultural production. In addition, the 3 ports accepted 4 vessels with 148,000 tonnes of food products for shipment.

Currently, 7 vessels are moving along the "grain corridor" to load 198,200 tonnes of agricultural products. In particular, bulk carriers will carry 40,000 tonnes of wheat for Ethiopia and 40,000 tonnes for Yemen and Afghanistan, countries that are on the brink of famine.

Since September 1, 44 vessels have left the ports of Great Odessa, exporting 10,300,000 tonnes of Ukrainian food to Asia, Europe and Africa.
