Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, investigators of the National Police of Ukraine have initiated 56,993 criminal proceedings based on the facts of crimes committed on the territory of Ukraine by servicemen of the armed forces of the Russian Federation and their accomplices.
Of them:
- 45,363 - according to Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Violation of laws and customs of war)
- 9 193 - according to Art. 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine)
- 2246 - according to Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Collaborative activity)
- 106 - according to Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Treason)
- 37 - according to Art. 113 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Subversion) and others.
