The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny, Defense Minister Rustem Umеrov, and the Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi arrived on the eastern front. They met with the military.

The Commander of the Joint Forces Operation 'Khortytsia,' Lieutenant General Oleksandr Syrskyi, briefed the Minister and Commander-in-Chief on the situation in the Eastern direction.
They also discussed the key needs of Ukrainian soldiers necessary for effectively eliminating the enemy. The Defense Minister noted that, in addition to front-line support and the key needs of the military, during the trip, they discussed issues related to the training of recruits and strengthening fortifications along the entire contact line.
The Ministry of Defense and the General Staff are developing a joint action plan and assessing potential threats. 'We are working on strengthening arms supplies to the front, launching productions, expanding the capabilities of drone purchases (both reconnaissance and strike), and maintaining daily communication with our partners,' emphasized the Defense Minister.
