Grand Opening ceremony of the Festival at the Summer Theater of the City Garden. Concert with the participation of soloists and symphony orchestras («Dancing on the Violin»), as well as the world famous ensemble of soloists «The Janoska Ensemble» (Austria), People's Artist of Ukraine Bogdana Pivnenko (violin) and students of Professor Dora Schwarzberg (Austria). Admission is free.

Concert «Violin Premieres»

The works «Elegic Poem» by E. Ysaye will be performed for the first time, as well as a suite for two violins and M. Moshkovsky's orchestra performed by winners of international competitions Olga and Ilya Kaler (USA). Odessa Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra conducted by Honoured Artist of Ukraine Igor Shavruk.

Romanian-Israeli-British violinist, winner of the prestigious Francois Shapira, Israel and Mozart Memorial Prizes, England, Ani Schnarch is internationally regarded as one of the most exciting and versatile violinists of her generation.

Odessa National Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by People's Artist of Ukraine Hobart Earle. Soloists - Thomas Christian (Austria), Ani Schnarch (UK), Ilya Kaler (USA). The programme includes: Violin concerts by N. Paganini, H. Vieuxtemps and the suite «Baal Schem» by E. Bloch (three scenes from the life of the Hasidim).

The Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater

The final concert of the Festival is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of P. Stolyarsky and the 90th anniversary of the famous Odessa violinist, laureate of international competitions, the only living student of P. Stolyarsky: Professor Eduard Grach.

In the Concert "To you - Peter Solomonovich - in three generations!» virtuoso works for violin and orchestra by H. Wieniawski, N. Paganini, C. Saint-Saens will be performed by laureates of international competitions, students of E. Grach. Katerina Mrvich (Serbia), Alina Kuroedova, Haik Kazazyan, Agasha Grigorieva. Symphony Orchestra of the Odessa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. Conductors: chief conductor Vyacheslav Chernukho-Volich and conductor Vitaly Kovalchuk.
