In Lviv, a rocket impact within the city limits has been recorded. According to preliminary information from Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi's Telegram channel, windows were blown out by the blast wave in several buildings on Naukova Street. There is no information about casualties at the moment.
According to Sadovyi, Russian forces may have directed over ten rockets for the attack on Lviv and its region.
"According to preliminary information, over 10 rockets were flying towards our region. The air defense systems responded well to this attack, but we still have one hit on an infrastructure object," he noted.
The city hall clarified that the blast wave blew out windows in residential buildings on Naukova Street and also affected a school. Emergency services are currently at the scene.
"Buses will temporarily run along Volodymyra Velykoho Street. Trams are operating as usual," Sadovyi added.
