A Russian sabotage and reconnaissance group in the Chernihiv region opened fire on a civilian car. As a result of the attack, a man was killed.

The shelling was confirmed by the head of the Novhorod-Siverskyi district military administration, Sergiy Sergiyenko. According to him, the incident occurred at around 5:00 yesterday, January 10, between the villages of Hremyachka and Leonivka of the Semenivska community. The distance from there to the border with Russia is just over 500 meters.
"There was information from the head of the community that the man managed to take his child by bus to Semenivka and was returning to Kostobobrove. There was an action by the DRG. Unfortunately, we lost the man," reported Sergiyenko.
According to him, the deceased was born in 1961 and worked as a school bus driver.
Ukrainian military officials have not yet commented on the situation.
