As of the morning of April 20, there are no Russian ships on combat duty in the Black and Azov Seas, according to the Ukrainian Naval Forces.

In the Mediterranean Sea, there are 7 Russian ships, including 3 carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo of up to 20 missiles.

During the day, in the interests of the Russian Federation, the following passages through the Kerch Strait were made:

• To the Azov Sea: 12 vessels, 2 of which were moving from the Bosporus Strait.

• To the Black Sea: 22 vessels, 7 of which continued to move towards the Bosporus Strait.

Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS) by disabling automatic identification systems (AIS).
