Fines for violating the curfew will be introduced in Ukraine. The government proposes to penalize not only businesses but also citizens.
According to the parliamentary press service, lawmakers have registered bill No. 10195 in the Verkhovna Rada. The bill was developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Police.
The aim of the law is to establish responsibility for curfew violations for both citizens and business owners. The text of the bill has not yet been submitted to the Rada.
In parliament, it was explained that the proposed fines are as follows:
For citizens: from UAH 8,500 to UAH 17,000.
For businesses: from UAH 51,000 to UAH 102,000.
