The call tracking, telephony, and cross-channel analytics platform Ringostat has completed testing of artificial intelligence integrated into its virtual PBX and has become the first Ukrainian telephony service with artificial intelligence, as reported on the platform's website.
Artificial intelligence translates dialogue from the communication language into a language understandable to the user, transcribes conversations into text, analyzes and records the mood of the conversation and the participants, and provides advice on further steps.
"The Ringostat sales department was the first to test AI capabilities. Previously, our managers and supervisors spent an average of half an hour analyzing a 7-13 minute conversation. In addition to direct listening, recommendations had to be given to improve the employee's work. Now AI helps us with all of this," the company said.
Ringostat offers Ukrainian businesses the opportunity to test AI by registering on the platform.
For each company, Ringostat allocates 1000 free minutes, equivalent to 100-200 conversations, depending on their duration. This way, companies can try the product on their own projects, analyzing 100-200 conversations with clients for free.
It is noted that the product can be useful for sales departments, technical support, marketing, and more.
Ringostat is a call tracking, telephony, and cross-channel analytics platform that is part of the IT company group Netpeak Group. Ringostat announced the release of artificial intelligence for calls in April 2023
