In Ukraine, more than 30 projects for launching new wind power generation are currently under development at various stages of readiness. Acting Director of the State Enterprise Guaranteed Buyer, Artem Nekrasov, mentioned this during the United News telethon.
"Currently in Ukraine (at various stages of readiness), over 30 projects for launching new wind power generation are being developed. These involve Ukrainian companies, Turkish companies, and German investors.
The estimated timelines for their launch (some of them) as far as I know, are around 2025 and 2027," he noted.
According to him, most of these projects were initiated before the start of the war. "But despite being in a state of war now, new projects are emerging," Nekrasov informed.
The Acting Director of Guaranteed Buyer mentioned that over the past 2 years, businesses have been actively installing solar stations for their needs.
"Ukrainian companies, due to the situation in the energy sector, have begun to invest in their own installations using renewable energy sources. For instance, we see projects from retail chains like 'Silpo,' 'Epicenter,' 'Novus' that have already installed solar panels on the roofs of their supermarkets, and so on," he emphasized.
Responding to a question about how international partners are currently supporting Ukraine in initiatives to provide infrastructure for solar generation, Nekrasov assured that partners are consistently assisting Ukraine.
