According to Ivan Fedorov, the mayor of Melitopol, Khasan Ibragimov arrived to help steal Ukrainian grain.
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov sent his nephew Khasan Ibragimov to the temporarily occupied territory of southern Ukraine. Kadyrov thus wants to spread his influence, as well as to join the robbery of the region.
As the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, notes in Telegram, new Gauleiters have arrived in the Zaporizhzhia region.
"New Gauleiters are starting to arrive. This week a new guest performer arrived, the nephew of Ramzan Kadyrov," Fyodorov said.
According to the Mayor of Melitopol, Khasan was the Minister of Agrarian Policy in Chechnya. According to Fedorov, Ibragimov arrived to help steal Ukrainian grain. Khasan, on behalf of Kadyrov, will keep the local population in fear, as well as control that "the money goes into the right pocket."
"I am sure that Khasan will fully cope with the duties entrusted to him," Kadyrov said without specifying details.
Now Ibragimov holds the position of deputy commander of the SOBR "Akhmat" of the department of the Russian Guard in the Chechen Republic and participates in a special military operation. He will combine the function of the representative of the head of Chechnya with his service in Akhmat.
Recently, the SSU put Kadyrov on the wanted list.
