The reason for the complete blackout is massive terrorist missile attacks on energy facilities throughout the country.
After a massive strike by the Russian Federation on a number of Ukrainian cities on November 23, it became known that the power units of the Khmelnytsky nuclear power plant were disconnected from the power grid.
This was announced by the head of the Khmelnytsky Regional admnisration, Serhiy Gamaly. "KhNPP power units are disconnected from the power system," he wrote.
He also added that as a result of missile attacks on infrastructure facilities, the power grids were turned off until there was no voltage in most of the region's communities. In addition, part of the city of Khmelnytsky is without water.
"The reason for the complete blackout is massive terrorist missile attacks on energy facilities throughout the country," Gamaly said.
