More than 40 applications have already been received from citizens about the disappearance of their relatives after a rocket attack on a shopping center in Kremenchuk on June 27.
According to the Office of the Prosecutor General, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into a violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (part 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
It is noted that on June 27, as a result of rocket fire by the armed forces of the Russian Federation on the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava region, a civilian facility - a shopping center - was completely destroyed.
Rescuers continue to dismantle the wreckage of the building. This work is complicated due to the fire, the localization of which is ongoing

The prosecutor's office notes that it is now known about 13 dead, whose bodies were pulled out from under the rubble. Also, 59 people asked for medical help, almost half in serious condition, 1 person died from his injuries in the hospital.
