The Russian forces are trying to push us out of the foothold on the left bank of the Kherson region, but they are not successful and therefore are constantly searching for a new tactic.
This was stated by the head of the unified coordination press center of the Southern Defense Forces, Colonel Natalia Humeniuk, during the 'Unified News telethon.
'Now they have tried to maximize the dispersion of our units and attack with small groups from different directions. If previously there were 1-2 such assaults per day, in the last two days we have recorded 7-8,' said Natalia Humeniuk.
She noted that the Russian forces are trying to find an effective way for themselves because their command demands results, but they are not achieving them.
'For us, this indicates saturation of combat work and the need for more protection with EW systems so that units on the foothold are not hit by drone strikes. The result of our EW work is significant, with about 50% of drones not reaching their target,' added the spokesperson."
