The Russians are monitoring the situation in the Black Sea waters and occasionally carry out targeted missile strikes using guided Kh-59 and anti-radar Kh-31P missiles.

"They are testing the readiness of our air defense systems for conducting corresponding reconnaissance," said the spokesperson for the Southern Defense Forces, Natalia Humeniuk, during a telethon.

According to Humeniuk, there is currently no heightened activity even from enemy tactical aviation, although sometimes they carry out sorties and prefer to patrol over the waters of the Azov and Black Seas.

Specifically, the Russians have ceased the tactical maneuvers of their aviation regarding the direction of guided aerial bombs, which they previously conducted along the Kherson direction and along the front line.

"We haven't recorded such incidents for a week now. The last time a guided aerial bomb was launched in the Kherson region was practically simultaneously with the next downing of a Su on the eastern front," the spokesperson said.

Additionally, Humeniuk added that the Russian forces continues to attempt assaults on the Left Bank of the Kherson region. She noted that just in the past day, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated 74 militants, 50 of whom were in the area of the village of Krynyky.
