The international financial services company NovaPay, which is part of the NOVA group of companies (Nova Poshta), plans to launch the sale of bonds in its application by the end of February.
Director of the payment system's innovations, Oleksiy Ruban, announced at the FinYear conference that they plan to sell their own bonds in the NovaPay app by the end of next week.
"It seems that next week we will be selling our own bonds. According to our research, Nova Poshta is trusted more than state banks," he reported.
Ruban added that although NovaPay, with its existing licenses from the National Bank, cannot attract deposits, the product with bonds will have similar interest rates. "It will be quite an interesting experience, I think."
In 2023, NovaPay Credit LLC placed debut and two other public issues of interest-bearing bonds with a nominal volume of 100 million UAH each. In the first quarter of 2024, the company begins the placement of three more public issues of interest-bearing bonds of series D, E, and F with the same nominal volume.
