Russia has lost more than 10,000 of its military vehicles since the start of the full-scale war. Almost 6,500 of them were destroyed by the Armed Forces.
This was announced by the analysts of the Oryx service, which monitors the losses of countries in wars. It is noted that the service counts only documented losses, that is, the actual number of destroyed and lost Russian equipment may be much higher.
"This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles and derelict equipment are not included in this list,â Oryx said.
According to experts, as of April 10, Russia lost 10,018 pieces of equipment. 6,486 of them were destroyed by the Ukrainian military, 305 were abandoned during desertions and retreats, and the Armed Forces captured another 2,833.
