On the night of December 8, enemy forces launched 6 missile strikes with S-300 missiles on Kharkiv.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, Oleg Synegubov, on Telegram.
As a result of the shelling, a 36-year-old woman sustained injuries (received assistance on-site), and a 25-year-old man was hospitalized. There were documented hits on a children's playground, damage to residential buildings, an educational institution, and around 20 vehicles. All affected objects were exclusively civilian.
At the same time, more than 17 populated areas in the region were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling during the day.
"At 00:46 on December 8, there was an enemy shelling (preliminary KAB) in the village of Kurylivka, Kupyansk district. As a result of the shelling, two floors of a 5-story residential building were on fire. Around 16:00 on December 7, shelling occurred in the village of Podoly, Kupyansk district. Three civilians were injured: a 56-year-old man and two women aged 50 and 69," said Oleg Synegubov.
