Ukraine is tracking information regarding the Ukrainian ships seized by Russia, and Moscow will bear legal responsibility for this.
Military spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, Captain 3rd Rank Dmytro Pletenchuk, stated this during the United News telethon when answering questions about the fate of the Ukrainian ships captured by Russia.
"Yes, we are monitoring this situation. Of course, we cannot disclose all the information. Some of the ships they seized 10 years ago, unfortunately, they used as targets, and, by the way, one of them was hit by the missile boat 'Ivanovets', which was subsequently sunk by the Defense Forces in the Black Sea. Yes, the presence of these units in Crimea is problematic. As you may recall, they also decided to use our large landing ship 'Kostyantyn Olshansky' against Ukraine," Pletenchuk noted.

"Similarly, there are such instances where they, unfortunately, capture small armored artillery boats as part of their fleet. However, we are monitoring this situation, and accordingly, the Russian Federation will bear legal responsibility for the capture of these units," Pletenchuk noted.
