On Tuesday, February 21, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni arrived on a long-awaited visit to Kyiv. Earlier, it was reported that the official would come to the Ukrainian capital with "gifts" for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to La Repubblica, Meloni arrived in Kyiv around noon by train, which departed from Przemysl railway station on February 21.
It is expected that as part of his visit to Kyiv, the Prime Minister of Italy will visit the most affected cities by Russian aggression in the Kyiv region, Bucha and Irpin. Also, in the afternoon, Meloni will give a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
