On December 14, during the day, Russians launched Kh-47 "Kinzhal" missiles towards Khmelnytsky region in Ukraine. Explosions were reported in the area and also in Kyiv, but there is no information about casualties. The Air Force of Ukraine reported the missile launch.
The takeoff of the MiG-31K aircraft from the Russian Aerospace Forces was detected at the Savasleyka airfield (Nizhny Novgorod region), and missile launches were conducted.
Sergiy Tyurin, the First Deputy Head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, stated that two explosions occurred in the region during the air raid alert, but there were no casualties or damage.
"The enemy attacked Khmelnytskyi with missiles. During the air alert (14:09 - 14:57), an explosion occurred in the Starokostiantynivska AH of Khmelnytskyi district. Later, during the next air alert (15:36 - 16:15), an explosion also occurred in the area of Myroliubnenska AH of Khmelnytskyi district. Relevant services are working at the missile impact sites," he wrote.
Telegram channels also reported explosions in Kyiv.
Ruslan Kravchenko, the Head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, mentioned that the alert in the region sounded four times.
"There are no casualties. Hits on objects of civil infrastructure, falling debris from shot-down targets have not been recorded. The information is being verified," he wrote.
