Russia maintains 4 Kalibr carriers in the Black Sea

As of 08:00 on Monday, October 7, four Russian vessels capable of launching Kalibr cruise missiles are stationed in the Black Sea, with a combined potential salvo of up to 24 missiles, according to the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Naval Command.

There are currently no hostile ships in the Sea of Azov.

In the Mediterranean Sea, Russia maintains three vessels, two of which are Kalibr carriers, with a total potential salvo of up to 20 missiles.

In the past 24 hours, the following vessels have passed through the Kerch Strait in favor of Russia:

  • To the Black Sea: 6 vessels, of which 4 continued towards the Bosporus Strait.
  • To the Sea of Azov: 5 vessels, with 1 coming from the Bosporus Strait.

Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) 1974 by disabling Automatic Identification Systems (AIS).
