Today, October 1, Russians shelled a market in the center of Kherson. It is currently known that six people have died.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA), Oleksandr Prokudin.

According to Prokudin, the market's trading stalls were hit. According to data from the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, the Russian forces struck around 09:00, likely using artillery. As a result of the shelling, six people were killed, including:

  • three women;
  • three men.

 

 

It is also known that three people were wounded and are currently receiving qualified medical assistance.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the criminal case on the violation of the laws and customs of war.
