Russian military continues to arrange their bases on temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region. In doing so, the enemy is destroying the region's ecology.

This information was reported by the Mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov.

"We must understand that today the main enemy military bases are located on the coast of the Azov Sea and Molochny (Milk) Estuary," the mayor said.

According to him, the enemy has set up bases for the storage of ammunition and heavy weapons, as well as training bases in those areas.

Moreover, Molochnyi Estuary is a nature reserve with a significant number of animals and plants.

Fedorov stated that Russians are currently massively destroying it, clearing forests for the construction of training grounds and completely eliminating the flora.

"The enemy absolutely does not think about the ecology there. And today, the enemy is doing the same thing on the territory of the Azov Sea because they consider it their deep rear and deploy their military units there," added the Mayor of Melitopol.
