According to the head of the National Police, Igor Klymenko, today, Russian missiles hit 16 infrastructure objects. Six people were killed and 36 Ukrainians were injured as a result of the Russian missile attack.


The Russian Federation attacked Ukraine from strategic aircraft and ships of the Black Sea Fleet.

On the afternoon of November 23, Russia fired about 70 Kh-101/Kh-555 and Kalibr cruise missiles across Ukraine.

According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukrainian defenders shot down 51 missiles and also destroyed five Lancet-type kamikaze drones in the south.

It is noted that Russia launched a massive missile attack on Ukraine's critical infrastructure from strategic aircraft and ships of the Black Sea Fleet.

"Launches were carried out from 10 Tu-95ms missile-carrying aircraft from Volgodonsk, Rostov region, and the Caspian Sea, as well as from two small missile boats from the Black Sea," the report says.

Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, said that after the shelling, emergency power outages were applied throughout the country: "This is a forced step to avoid accidents and unbalance the system."
