The State Bureau of Investigation continues to work systematically to expose traitors who have decided to side with the enemy. Every such fact is carefully worked out, all collaborators will be prosecuted.
In May, 62 criminal proceedings had already been opened for treason, and 29 people were reported as suspects.
21 proceedings were instituted for collaborative activities, and two collaborators were reported as suspects.
Proceedings have also been initiated against 3 accomplices of the aggressor state (Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code).
The biggest number of proceedings was initiated in Lugansk, Donetsk and Zaporizhia oblasts.
In total, since the beginning of the war, the State Bureau of Investigation officers have registered more than 420 criminal proceedings for treason and collaboration.
