Since the beginning of 2024, the enemy has launched over 180 means of attack towards Kyiv. Russian forces targeted the capital with Shahed drones and six different types of missiles.
This information was reported by the press service of the Kyiv Military Administration on Telegram.
According to the statistics of aerial strikes on Kyiv in the first quarter of this year, they include:
• 5 units of 3M22 Zircon
• 11 units of Kh-47M2 Kinzhal
• 6 units of Iskander-M
• 3 units of Kh-69
• 1 unit of Kalibr
• 113 units of Kh-101
• 48 strike UAVs of the Shahed type
The Kyiv Military Administration expressed gratitude to the air defense forces for protecting the sky over the capital and emphasized the need for assistance from allies to strengthen measures against enemy air attacks.
"No one has ever endured such a quantity and power of missile strikes in history. The democratic world must help close the sky over peaceful Ukrainian cities. More air defense means more lives saved. And the closer we are to Victory!" emphasized KMA Chief Serhiy Popko.
