Strike on Kryvyi Rih: Number of injured rises to 19, 2 confirmed dead

Russian military forces struck a civilian administrative building in Kryvyi Rih. As a result, there are casualties and injuries, including a child.

This was reported by the Head of the Defense Council of Kryvyi Rih, Oleksandr Vilkul.

"The Russians hit a civilian administrative building. An emergency rescue operation is underway," Vilkul stated.

He mentioned that the Russian strike caused casualties and injuries. Among the injured is a six-year-old child who is currently in the hospital.

"The assistance headquarters for residents is being set up in the same location as before. Locals know where it is. Building materials, utility crews, resettlement, and applications for city assistance are available," emphasized the head of the Defense Council.

The Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, reported that two fatalities have been confirmed so far.

"Preliminarily, 13 people are known to have been injured, including one child. Four individuals have been hospitalized in moderate condition," the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated.

Meanwhile, Lysak reported that one of the injured men had died in the hospital.

"Thus, the Russian attack has claimed two lives. As of now, the number of injured stands at 13," he said.

At the same time, the National Police of Ukraine reported that rescue and search operations are ongoing at the site of the missile strike in Kryvyi Rih.
