On the night of Wednesday, December 13, Russian occupiers launched 10 kamikaze drones and an equal number of ballistic missiles for an attack on Ukraine. All of these targets were successfully destroyed by the air defense forces, as reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.
It is noted that during the night, the occupiers launched Shahed-type drones from the area of Balaklava in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
In total, launches of 10 combat UAVs were recorded. All of them were destroyed by the forces and means of the Air Force in cooperation with the air defense units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Almost all enemy 'Shahed' drones were shot down in the Odessa region within the responsibility zone of the air command 'South.'
Also, exactly at 03:00 on December 13, the Russians launched a missile strike on the capital of Ukraine. All ten targets flying towards Kyiv on a ballistic trajectory were shot down by the anti-aircraft missile units of the Air Force.
The Ukrainian Air Force emphasized that the type of missiles can be determined only after studying the debris by relevant services.
As a result of the Russian drone attack in the Odessa region, a fire broke out, and two people were injured.
