On Tuesday, November 14, the French charity foundation Mécénat Servier allocated €8.2 million for the restoration of the healthcare sector and the rebuilding of medical facilities in Ukraine. The Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, announced this.

It is noted that the first €612,000 will be directed through the UNITED24 platform to restore the Chernihiv Regional Hospital. This medical institution has been repeatedly shelled by Russians, so it now requires restoration to ensure that people receive medical services in a timely and quality manner.

Fedorov emphasized that a total of 1,661 hospitals in Ukraine have been damaged or destroyed.

"The contributions from the French business will help the Ministry of Health rebuild the medical infrastructure and save the lives of hundreds of Ukrainians. Thanks to the Servier company and everyone who supports UNITED24," wrote the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
