The European Union, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, has created EntreGram4Youth, a self-assessment tool for young entrepreneurs. This tool is part of the broader initiative "Framework for Entrepreneurial Competencies for Youth," which aims to create new opportunities for realizing business ambitions.
"Every day, Ukrainian entrepreneurs prove that successful businesses are possible even in the midst of full-scale war. We are building a country with strong human capital that is unafraid of challenges and values opportunities for development. The framework and EntreGram4Youth tool provide the guidance modern youth need for their business ambitions and allow them to assess their readiness for new entrepreneurial ventures," says Valeriya Ionan, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for European Integration.
The "Framework for Entrepreneurial Competencies for Youth" outlines the skills and knowledge that business owners should possess. This initiative will help young entrepreneurs identify and overcome gaps in their self-development journey.
Entrepreneurial skills are universal competencies that young people can apply in various areas of life. Additionally, the European Commission identifies entrepreneurship as one of the eight key skills for the society of the future.
EntreGram4Youth is a crucial aspect of this initiative. It is developed based on the framework's structure and helps entrepreneurs assess their level of entrepreneurial competencies. You can familiarize yourself with EntreGram4Youth on the Diia.Osvita platform: link to the platform.
