The number of victims from yesterday's Russian ballistic attack on the port infrastructure in the Odessa region has risen to seven, according to Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper on Telegram.

"Unfortunately, the number of casualties from yesterday's Russian missile attack has increased to seven. This morning, a 46-year-old port employee passed away in the hospital," the statement reads.

Kiper noted that doctors did everything possible, but the injuries were too severe.

On the evening of October 9, the enemy attacked the port infrastructure in Odessa with ballistic missiles.

During the attack, a civilian vessel flying the Panamanian flag, the container ship "Shui Spirit," was damaged.
