According to the investigation, on the night of March 23, the armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked the Osnov'yansky district of Kharkiv with drones.
"A three-story communal institution was partially destroyed. A fire broke out in an area of ââ150 square meters. When rescuers and police arrived at the scene, the enemy launched a second attack. Two employees of the State Emergency Service and one of the National Police were injured," the statement said.
