The Security Service of Ukraine has announced suspicion against Dmytro Hudz, the owner of the Kherson-based Internet provider SkyNET. He has been charged with assisting the aggressor state and theft. According to the investigation, he established contact with Russians no later than April 30, 2022. This is indicated in a relevant document from the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General.

"Dmytro Hudz arranged for the reconnection of "SkyNET" to Russia with its representatives in Kherson and the CEO of the Crimean provider "Miranda," as reported by the Kherson media "Most."

He also ordered his subordinates to connect the internet to the locations of Russian occupants in Kherson, specifically in the hypermarket "Epicenter" and the "police school".

Additionally, Dmytro Hudz and unidentified accomplices according to the investigation stole equipment from a "Telesvit" ("Volya" provider group). They stole 28 switches worth UAH 43,886, which were later found in the office of "SkyNET".

Dmytro Hudz faces criminal liability for these actions. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
