In the Moscow region of the Russian Federation, the Dubna Machine-Building Plant failed to meet the annual state order for the production of Kh-32 cruise missiles. The plant was required to produce 80 units by November 10, but only 61 units were actually manufactured.

The Kh-32 missile is an air-launched cruise missile, part of the Russian air-to-surface weaponry. Its class is "air-to-surface." In open sources, it is stated that the speed of this missile ranges from 4000 to 5400 km/h, and its range is up to 1000 km.

Agents of the partisan movement "Atesh" gained access to the plant's secret information.

"Our source from the plant's management reports that the state order exceeded the capabilities of the plant by more than three times," as stated in the partisans' Telegram channel.

The partisans also learned that, at the request of the plant's management, the deadlines for fulfilling the state order were extended until the end of December of this year. Now the plant needs to produce the remaining 19 Kh-32 missiles.
