On Sunday, November 5th, the Russians shelled the Odessa region - hitting an infrastructure object, and three employees were injured.

The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper, reported this.

"In the daytime, Russian terrorists attacked the Odessa region with rockets. The enemy's target was civilian shipping," he wrote.

Additionally, the administrative building was damaged, and the shockwave from the explosion shattered windows in surrounding buildings.
