During the night, Russian UAVs attacked two substations in the southern region.

"There has been damage to the energy infrastructure, resulting in a power outage in parts of Odessa. All emergency services are actively responding to the situation," wrote Oleg Kiper.

Due to damage to the energy equipment in Odessa and the Odessa region, energy providers are forced to increase consumption restriction periods. This is necessary to protect the intact equipment from overload, which could cause additional technological damage.
