As part of the Ukrainian program, there will be a Ukrainian booth, a panel discussion titled "Ukrainian Music as an Instrument of Public Diplomacy and Democracy," and a screening of the film "Spivanka," which follows the journey of jazz singer Hanna Hrynyova from Germany to Ukraine to explore her roots through ancient Ukrainian folk songs. Hanna Hrynyova will also take part in the discussion "Documenting Musical Traditions in Cinema," which is part of the conference.

The participation of the Ukrainian delegation and the Ukrainian component in the program is provided by the Ukrainian Institute in partnership with Music Export Ukraine.
WOMEX is the Worldwide Music Expo, an international music meeting and the biggest conference of the global music scene, featuring a trade fair, talks, films, and showcase concerts. This year, WOMEX is held in Coruña, Spain.
