The meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky is scheduled for August 18 at 8:15 p.m. Kyiv time.

Reuters reported this, citing the White House.

It is noted that Trump will first meet with Zelensky at 1:15 p.m. Eastern Time (8:15 p.m. Kyiv time) in the Oval Office, and then with all European leaders together in the White House East Room at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (10:00 p.m. Kyiv time).

The meeting will be joined by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, Finnish President Alexander Stubb, French President Emmanuel Macron, and UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

"I am grateful to the President of the United States for the invitation. We all equally want to end this war swiftly and reliably," Zelenskiy said on the Telegram messaging app after arriving in Washington late on Sunday. "Russia must end this war — the war it started. And I hope that our shared strength with America and with our European friends will compel Russia to real peace."
