Eleven more children returned to Ukraine-controlled territory from the temporarily occupied parts of Kherson region.

This was reported on Telegram by Oleksandr Prokudin, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration.

“Eleven more children from occupied Kherson region are finally back on Ukraine-controlled territory,” he wrote.

It is noted that thanks to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s initiative Bring Kids Back UA and the efforts of the Save Ukraine team, eight girls and three boys were returned, being raised in nine families. The youngest child is only four years old, the oldest is seventeen. Among them is also one child deprived of parental care.

According to Prokudin, these children were forced to study according to the Russian curriculum, participate in propaganda events, and some experienced visits by armed FSB officers and stays in so-called “re-education camps.” All this happened simply because they are Ukrainians.

Now the children are safe and receiving all necessary support.

According to the head of the administration, since the beginning of the year, 67 children have been evacuated from still-occupied communities of Kherson region.
