Ukrainian designer Anna October has created a collection in collaboration with the American brand J.Crew.
According to the designer, the drop is permeated with a 'slightly cinematic vision of the world,' which she calls casual drama: 'The main character is both the director and actress of her life, dressing herself and making herself, like everything around her, special,' comments Anna October.
During the creation of the collection, the designer 'imagined the J.Crew woman - she is known, loved, and aspired to be like her.
The collection includes dresses with lingerie elements and sweaters in patchwork technique. The collection also features long, thin straps and decorative tape, bra details, and open shoulders. Cashmere and satin were used as materials.
The campaign features the designer herself alongside friends. It reflects 'typical evenings - fooling around, changing clothes, posing in front of the camera, and, of course, fancy home decor,' says Anna October.
The collection is available for purchase on the J.Crew website. The designer also calls on supporting Ukrainians and animals affected by the full-scale war through the Donut app.
Designer Anna October launched her women's clothing brand in 2010, with a focus on silhouette dresses. This type of clothing is described by the designers as a 'look ready to be seen.' The collections can be purchased at 30 online and offline stores in Ukraine and abroad.
