"Ukraine's military intelligence strikes Russian military targets using all available means, including drones and missile weapons, and also employs its agents within the aggressor state," stated Vadim Skibitsky during a national telethon.

"We work systematically. We identify the most critical targets, the most important military-industrial objects that produce missiles and drones, and logistical facilities," Vadim Skibitsky explained.

The purpose of these strikes is to weaken the enemy's ability to continue the war against Ukraine. All enemy targets are numbered and have their hierarchy.

"We intentionally destroy them to reduce Russia's potential and achieve a domino effect: when the destruction of one enterprise leads to others dependent on its production ceasing military production," explained the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

He added that Ukraine's international partners understand the purpose of these actions taken by our Security and Defense Forces within the enemy's territory.

"We use NATO methods, among other things. [Western partners] understand that it's not straightforward to launch a missile or a drone into Russia's territory. Yes, there are certain limitations, but from a military point of view, there is a complete understanding of the situation and the actions we are taking," Vadim Skibitsky emphasized
